⸻ Play Well ⸻
Responsible Play
Jade Aces is built for fun. We take our responsibility to players seriously — and we want to make sure it stays that way.
Our Principles
Playing responsibly starts here.
Although Jade Aces uses no real money, we recognise that any game with chance-based mechanics deserves a thoughtful approach. Our responsible play principles guide everything we build.
Stay Aware
Signs to watch for
Even with free chips and no real stakes, some patterns of play can hint at unhealthy habits worth addressing — especially if you play real-money games elsewhere.
- Playing for longer than you intended, repeatedly
- Using social casino games to escape stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions
- Feeling frustrated, irritable, or upset when you lose virtual chips
- Neglecting responsibilities, relationships, or sleep to play more
- Feeling an urge to play real-money games to "win back" virtual chip losses
- Finding that social casino play is increasing your interest in real gambling
If any of these resonate with you, it may be worth stepping back and reaching out to one of the free support organisations listed below.
Tools & Controls
Staying in control
We provide the following tools to help you manage your experience on Jade Aces.
You can close the site and take a break at any time. Your fun chip balance is not carried between sessions, so each visit starts fresh with no pressure to "use up" chips.
If you wish to stop using Jade Aces for a period, you can request a self-exclusion by contacting us. We offer a minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months. During that period we will not send you any marketing and will take reasonable steps to prevent access. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
If you share a device with children, we strongly recommend using parental control software to block access to this site. You can find guidance from the NSPCC ↗.
